Article "A renewal offer has already been selected for this resident" error when processing renewal

Symptom When attempting to generate a renewal offer for a resident, the following error message is thrown: "A renewal offer has already been selected for this resident. To make changes to this renewal, use the Enable All Offers button to start the renewal process again." After clicking the "OK" button on this message, you are unable to make any changes to the renewal offer for the resident. Environment OneSite Leasing and Rents Conventional Cause Once a renewal offer has been selected, you cannot offer a new renewal through the regular process. Requires Support? No Resolution To resolve this issue, you will need to click the Enable All Offers button for the resident. 1. Go to the Navigation Menu (3 bars) > Residents 2. Locate the household and click View next to their name. 3. Under Actions, click Renewals 4. Click Renew/Go MTM 5. On the Choose offer section, click the Enable All Offers button in the top right-hand side of the page 6. Click the X in the top right-hand side of the page to cancel 7. Under Actions, click Renewals 8. Click Generate renewal offers Now, the message should no longer appear and you can process the renewal for the resident.
