Article Criminal Record has NOT been Removed on Scorecard after Consumer Dispute

Symptom When the Consumer Dispute result states that the Criminal Record should be removed but it still shows on the Scorecard. Environment LeasingDesk Screening Cause The reason it still display because "Consumer Dispute Team" do not internally override the applicant's record in OneSite because they don't have the access. Â Requires Support? No Resolution You need to Submit a new Client Dispute Form. You need to provide the following in the Comments section: App Group ID Result from Consumer Dispute 1. Go to the Navigation Menu (3 bars) > Applicants 2. Locate the applicant and click View next to their name. 3. Go to the Lease Details tab 4. Under Screening History, click View Results to open the Scorecard 5. Under the Actions pane, click Submit Client Dispute Form 6. Select Classification 7. Under the Reason for Dispute, select Sealed Expunge 8. Fill in all Required information (red fields) Optional: Under Comments, enter any discrepancies you found 9. Click Submit You may also contact your Regional to do an internal override.
