Article Reset Account Password for the Prospect Portal

Objective Reset the password of your applicant in Online Leasing if they got locked out or forgot their login information. Environment Online Leasing Procedure To reset the password for a prospect, you will need to do the following: 1. Go to the Navigation Menu (3 bars) > Prospects 2. Locate the prospect and click View next to their name. 3. Click Portal account 4. Click Complete 5. Click Reset Account Password 6. Click Close
