Application Process • Onesite now has the capability to run Corporate Leases! The system will run the business’ credit and render a decision exactly the same as if it was screening an individual. Please see the instructions below to run Corporate Leases in Onesite. With this new policy in place, there is no need to send any paperwork to Corporate as the system will render the decision. If there are any questions with this process please contact Ron Romano and Onesite Helpdesk. Occupant Screening • The occupant of the unit must be screened in Onesite for CRIMINAL BACKGROUND only. The instructions are on the SOP. The resident will only be able to be moved in once the corporation has been credit approved by Onesite AND the resident has been screened successfully.
