Create Resident Portal Account

Objective How to create a resident portal account through OneSite for an applicant or resident. Environment OneSite Leasing and Rents Conventional Procedure To set up the resident portal for your resident: 1. Go to the Navigation Menu (3 bars) > Residents 2. Locate the household and click View next to their name. 3. Click Edit next to the contact's name. 4. Click the Resident Profile tab 5. Enter a login name, select the access settings and Save. 6. Once the portal account is successfully created the system will display a copy of the email that is sent to the resident including their user name and password. The resident will now be able to access the resident portal using the login credentials provided.
