DISPO_Property Marketing Process
Once Marketing receives the Dispo notification from HubSpot, we will begin STEP 1 within 48 business hours. Critical Dates: REQUEST TIMEFRAME Assets to be uploaded to shared drive (including DD) 48 Business Hours Vanity Domain and social transfer ON day of Transition once notified of close STEP 1: Initial Email to OPS (VP/AVP/RM) Gather Transition Information Dropbox/Shared drive link NEW PMC Marketing Contact STEP 2: Upload Assets to Shared drive link If no shared link drive is given, the marketing specialist will upload assets to WeTransfer and send link. Add to shared drive: Logo Brand Guidelines Floor Plan Photos Videos Site Map STEP 3: Verify Logins Check the username and password for the following: Property Gmail Instagram Pinterest (if applicable) Twitter (if applicable) If logins do not work, Marketing Specialist will work to reset and/or reach out to onsite team STEP 4: Initial Email to/from NEW PMC point of contact Communicate request lists NEW PMC will send a request list If no contact within 14 days of dispo, the marketing specialist will reach out to the point of contact Provide our items needed to NEW PMC Facebook: profile link for admin GMB: Email to transfer ownership Vanity Domain: Godaddy Account # Godaddy Account Email Confirm assets are shared, either by: Send WeTransfer link OR verify assets were uploaded to the shared link *Must have confirmation from OPS or TRANS team that sale is final to start step 5* **DAY OF TRANSITION** STEP 5: Transfer Digital Social Media Remove cover photo w/ Pegasus logo Facebook GMB Twitter Disconnect FB + IG account Facebook Add admins Add ownership Remove previous employees GMB Add ownership Remove Pegasus Instagram/Pinterest/Twitter Send logins Vanity Domain Account change initiated Accept transfer Verify account change was successful Related Articles: Marketing Contracts_Obtain Copy
