Editing Make Ready Dates

RealPage: Editing a Make Ready Service Request Editing a Make Ready Service Request When you need to edit information on one of the service requests within the make ready request, the easiest way to do it is from the Unit xxx-xxx page, as follows: On the Make ready board tab, locate the make ready that contains the service request you want to edit. If you know the service request number, but do not know which make ready request it belongs to, then you can locate the service request using Advanced find from the Service requests tab of Facilities rather than from the Make ready board tab. In the Actions column, click View to open the Unit xxx-xxx page. The first section of the Unit xxx-xxx page has two tabs: Make ready details and Unit service history. On the Make ready details tab, the middle section is labeled Make ready activities, and listed there are the individual service issues that comprise the make ready request. There may be many of these; use the arrows at the bottom of the list to see more service issues. Locate the individual service issue you want to edit. There are two links in the Actions column. To display the service issue details in the Request information (the bottom section of this page), click the View link. The tabs below the Service requests section refresh to display the information for the service request you selected. To edit the selected service request, click the appropriate tab to make the edit. On the Request information tab, click Edit to open the Edit service request page. Enter your changes and click Save. On the Scheduling tab, click Edit to open the Edit schedule page. Enter your changes and click Save and print to print the schedule, or click Save to close the page. On the Time worked tab, click the Add button to add time worked, or click Edit in the Actions column to change an existing time worked entry. Enter your changes on the Time worked page and click Save to save the changes and close the page. You can also: Click Add technician to add another technician to the time worked record. Click Add category to add a time worked record for a different category of service. Click Add another to add another time worked entry for the service request. On the Purchase orders tab, click New to open the Select a vendor page. After you select the vendor, the Purchase order page opens. Enter the purchasing information and click Submit. On the Inventory or Parts used tab, click Add to open the Enter inventory/parts used page. Enter your changes and click Save to save the changes and close the page. On the Activity tab, click the Add comment button to add a new comment, or click Edit in the Actions column to change an existing comment. Enter your changes and click Save to save the changes and close the page. To complete the service request, click More and select Complete. The Complete request page opens for you to make any additional changes to the service request as needed.
