Errors in application - No eviction data found
Symptom You processed a screening and it returned in Errors in Application and on Rental History factor it shows No eviction data found. Environment LeasingDesk Screening Cause There may be some missing information from the screen. Requires Support? No Resolution To resolve this issue: 1. Cancel the screening a Go to the Navigation Menu (3 bars) > Residents b. Locate the household and click View next to their name. c Go to the Lease Details tab d Under Screening History, click Cancel Screen e Enter a Reason f Click Save 2. Re-enter the applicant's address a. Go to the Lease details tab b. Go to Screening history > Cancel Screening c. Click Edit on the Contact name and Enter in correct Address d. Click Save 3.Re-enter the applicant's SSN a. Go to the Contacts tab b. Click Edit next to the applicant with the incorrect Social c. Go to the Demographics tab d. Update the Social Security Number (do not hit reset) and click Save 4. Re-screen the applicant a. Under Actions > click Screen Now b  Select the applicant(s) that you would like to screen. c. Click Screen e. Select the Applicant type from the drop down. f. Fill out the applicants information (Required fields will vary depending on the scoring model selected.) Note: If your property does not allow the collection of demographic information, this is where you will enter the Social Security Number g. Click Next h. Enter your OneSite Password > click Submit
