How to Change Move In Dates

· Changing Move in Dates: If the move in date is outside the parameters of the quote a new quote will need to be generated. Do not email the Help Desk to change the move in date for you. · YieldStar Sites: · For sites that are using YieldStar in order to change a move in date the Community Manager must generate a new rate for the unit prior to adjusting the move in date. · The CM will log into Yieldstar, click on the Unit Rates tab, Generate, New, and proceed from there. *Reminder; YieldStar pricing is based on Customer needs, Move in Date, and Length of lease. If an applicant decides to change their move in date or lease term the original rate quoted will not be honored and the applicant will pay a new rental rate. · LRO Sites: · If the date range is outside the parameters of the quote and a new quote is required. LRO will not be able to provide a new quote/rate until pricing is updated overnight. The site will need to either move the applicant to wait list or cancel the application. After the overnight feed the site will then be able to generate the quote and rate to make the move in date adjustment.
