How to submit a criminal dispute: If the applicant is a fail due to a criminal record that is a non-match or not classified you may submit a cirminal dispute to Real Page Screening. · In the upper left corner under actions, click Submit Client Dispute form. · Complete all required section in the dispute form along with a brief detail in the comments section of the reason for the dispute. RReal Page will email you a deteail of the criminal classification once the criminal record is reviewed with instructions on how to proceed.
