We ❤ new photography! Here is the process when your property has new professional photography. Social Media Channels: Facebook page/post, Google My Business page, Instagram posts Facebook - HOW TO: https://www.facebook.com/help/492633697483393 Google My Business - HOW TO: https://support.google.com/business/answer/6103862?co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop&hl=en&oco=0 Property Marketing updates photos on: Property Website Syndication to the ILS advertising sites SEM / Social Ads (Pay-Per-Click Ads, "Google" Ads, Paid Social Ads) To share the new photos with Property Marketing, submit a Marketing Helpdesk ticket with the following: Link to download the photography. The link should contain: High Resolution / Print Ready files Low Resolution / Web Ready files Screenshots of any "old" photos you would like removed. If we do not receive this, all current photos will remain on the property website and syndication. Go to property website Screenshot photos that should be removed NOTE: We cannot use "ILS Photography" on our advertising sites for the following reasons: The photos are typically watermarked We do not "own" these photos The photos will be pushed to all ILS sites. We cannot use one ILS's photographer on another ILS - and vice versa. Photography used on the Property Website and Advertising must be professional photography. Photos taken with an iPhone are great to post on social media!
