How to correct Onesite slowness issues or error: (To include insufficient rights to view screening results and the Payment tab requiring log in.) Onesite errors or slowness: · If Onesite is loading slowly or not loading properly, giving an error for insufficient rights to view resident screening, uploading documents errors, or payments is taking you to a log in screen. Please do the following prior to contacting the Help Desk or Tech Posse for assistance. · Close Onesite. Go to Control panel then Internet Options. Delete cookies, history and temporary internet files. (See below)
