If you are concerned about leads for your community or your current Ad Spend, please complete the attached "Red Flag Audit". Once complete, if all of your Knock scores are meeting the Pegasus KPIs and your lead generation is not enough to meet your occupancy goals, please place a ticket with the marketing help desk and be sure to include the completed audit form. If your Knock scores do not meet Pegasus KPIs, please reach out to your regional manager for additional resources or training.
