Resident unable to login to the Resident Portal

Objective Resident unable to login to the resident portal. AÂ new email address will need to be entered for the current resident. Environment RealPage Resident Portal Procedure To add the new email address: 1. Go to the Navigation Menu (3 bars) > Residents 2. Locate the household and click View next to their name. 3. Under Contacts, click Edit next to the resident's name 4. Under General Information, Enter a New Email Address in the Contact Information Section 5. Click Save
