Unable to Change the Head of Household - "You must assign a different contact to be head of household"

Symptom When you try to change the Head of Household in a unit you encounter this alert message "Attention: Before changing the relationship of this contact, you must assign a different contact to be Head of Household." However, you already selected a new Head of Household. Environment OneSite Leasing and Rents Conventional Cause There is a duplicate Head of household relationship in the drop-down menu, and you've selected the incorrect one. Requires Support? Yes Resolution To correctly update it: 1. Go to the Navigation Menu (3 bars) > Residents 2. Locate the household and click View next to their name. 3. Under Summary tab, on the Contact section > Click Edit before Resident's Name 4. Under General Information tab, on the Other Information section > Select the other 'Head of household' 5. On the pop-up window of "Please select a relationship" > Just click Save > 6. Then, click Save again If you cannot save the updated information and the household status won't update, or if you would like this duplicate removed, you will need to contact Pegasus OneSite Support to have the issue fixed
