Unable to Move-In - Required Tasks Show Completed - Move In Button Greyed Out

Symptom Move-In Button is greyed out, but all of the required tasks are completed. Environment OneSite Leasing and Rents Document Management Cause The move in or applicant packet has not been completed and is preventing the move in. Requires Support? Yes Resolution Even if you do not have a required task for Document Management, you will need to address the packet before continuing with the Move In. 1. In the Move In screen, look under the Packets 2. Click on the Packet name to bring up the contents Alternative Path: a. Go to the Navigation Menu (3 bars) > Applicants b. Locate the applicant and click View next to their name. c. Go to the Docs tab d. Click on the [+] by the first applicant name e. Click on the [+] by Packets f. Click on the Application packet 3. Address the packet contents a. If keeping the packet: i.  You may need to generate forms, attach documents, mark as final, etc to complete the forms. ii. When ready, at the top right Submit the packet for approval (if using approvals), or Close the packet b. If you do not need a packet: i. On the lower right, click Delete Packet 4. On the lower right, Close the window You should now be able to continue with the move in. Additional Information You must have the eDoc Signer right to close a packet.
