Unable to scan check payment
Symptom After you disconnect and reconnect the scanner, you are still not able to scan a check payment. Environment RealPage Payments Cause Requires Support? Yes Resolution 1. Verify that no other versions of the devices drivers are installed: a. Unplug the device from the computer. b. Go to the Start Menu. c. Click Control Panel. d. Click Programs & Features. e. Locate the Scanner drivers -Â Payments 3.0, RDM, Panini, Tellerscan, Single Scan, Image Viewer. f. Right Click on the driver. g. Click Uninstall. h. Repeat this process for anything that is a variation of Payments, RDM/Tellerscan/Panini, Image Viewer or Check Scan. i. Once the programs are uninstalled, close the window. j. Restart the computer. 2. Verify if the scanner they are using is a compatible check scanner. See list below: a. RDM RDM EC7000i / RDM EC7111F RDM EC7500i / RDM EC7502F RDM Connect / RDM EC9002F RDM EC9100iaf / RDM EC9104F b. TellerScan Tellerscan TS-230 Tellerscan TS-240 c.
