Yes Resolution This issue is normally caused by an outdated version of Adobe Flash or by using a browser other than Internet Explorer. Adobe Flash Player is required for the normal operations of the OpsTechnology applications. Update Adobe Flash by downloading the newest version. To download and install Adobe Flash Player, follow the instructions below: To update in Internet Explorer: 1.  Go to https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ Note: Adobe partners with various software providers and offers free download of the partners' products. You can avoid Optional Offers by unchecking the box next to "Yes, install..." . This will prevent downloading and installing products other than Adobe Flash player.)2. Click Install Now and follow instructions to run Adobe Flash Player. 3. When the download and installation is completed, you will see a message that the installation was successful. To unblock Flash in Chrome Browser:‹ 1. Make sure you are in your OpsTechnology account. 2. Click the Secure icon to the left of the address bar 3. Click the black arrow to the right of Flash 4. Select Always allow on this site 5. Refresh your browser To update in Chrome Browser: 1. In your Chrome browser address bar type chrome://components/ and hit return 2. Locate Adobe Flash Player in the list of Chrome components 3. Click on Check for update under Adobe Flash Player and you will see various Status updates indicating the component update status: Status “ Component updated this means the Flash plugin was successfully updated to the latest version (version number shown corresponding) Status No update there is no available update for the flash plugin Status Component not updated the update failed for some reason or another, or there was no update available and thus the component was not updated 4. Quit and relaunch Google Chrome browser for the new Adobe Flash Player plugin to load 5. Test to see if update repairs the issue. If not, continue below: 6. In your Chrome browser address bar type chrome://settings/content and press enter 7. Click Flash and turn Allow sites to run Flash on and Ask First is turned off 8. Quit and relaunch Google Chrome browser for the new settings to take effect **Depending on the browser version, you may need to also enter the correct URL (https://market.opstechnology.com (OpsBuyer) or https://merchant.opstechnology.com (OpsMerchant), depending) to the 'allowed sites' setup in the Flash settings box. To update in Safari Browser: 1. Click Safari > Preferences 2. Select the Security tab 3. Ensure that Enable JavaScript and Allow Plug-ins are selected 4. Click Plug-in Settings > Adobe Flash Player 5. From the When visiting other websites menu, choose On > Done To update in Firefox Browser: 1.  Using the Firefox browser navigate to https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ 2.  Uncheck any "Optional Offers" 3.  Click Install Now 4.  Click Save File 5.  Click the Downloads icon in upper right corner of the screen (arrow pointing downwards) 6.  Click the flashplayerXXXXX_install.exe file 7.  Click Yes 8.  Click Finish 9.  Restart your Firefox browser Check on the Permissions 1.
