Yieldstar Transfer On Site Procedures
· Yieldstar Sites Transferring and Screening: · Screening of on-site transfers will not need to be completed unless the rental rate is $100 or more over the old rate (per the SOP). · As previously directed Yieldstar sites will place the resident that is transferring as an applicant on a new unit. The site will then verify the resident income qualifies for the new unit. · Once the income is verified/approved by the Regional Manager a ticket will need to be placed with the Help Desk on move in day to complete the move in and bypass the screening requirement. · Be sure to include the Regional Manager’s approval with the Help Desk ticket. All move in tasks except screening must be completed prior to emailing the Help Desk.
